Mark is a Senior Director of Symboliq Wealth Management. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the firm’s day to day operating activities to help ensure that Symboliq continues to strategically provide best-in-class service to its clients. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mark spent eight years as a Package Delivery Director at United Parcel Service where he was responsible for both new business development and ongoing client relationship management. While working within a stringent UPS culture, Mark developed a high level of proficiency in the areas of customer service, time management, fleet safety, employee/employer relations, and spur of the moment critical decision making. Through his interactions with multiple departments and individuals at UPS, Mark refined and synthesized a suite of best practices which he brings with him to Symboliq.

Prior to UPS, Mark had built a career in retail electronics with both Best Buy and Audio King in Minnesota. His ability, skills, and breadth of knowledge put him on a path that would eventually lead to corporate management. At Audio King, Mark initiated, created, developed, and wrote the manual for the technician training program and its’ entire Upper Midwest region. In this capacity, he taught classes to new technicians regarding in all facets of the business including sound, electricity, home installation, as well as sales and customer service skills.

With Mark’s vast management experience spanning several large companies, his technical expertise, trouble shooting skills, and ability to train employees, he is the right fit to develop and lead Symboliq’s customer focused administrative team into the future.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife Janet, playing golf, biking, cooking, and occasionally, sporting clays.
